Filipino voters sharply divided over McCain and Obama
Phoenix, Arizona - Just like other voters around the country, the Filipino voters in Arizona are also "excited" about the forthcoming presidential derby on November 4th when Senator McCain and Senator Obama will slug it out in the political arena and determine who'll occupy the White House for the next four years.
This year's presidential election has become more "interesting" because it is held at a time when the American economy is suffering from what economists called as "financial meltdown" that saw the fading away of financial and investment giants like Lehman Brothers, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and other smaller financial institutions that were serious affected by the "economic meltdown."

What is LTAC Anyway?!?!?
By Dr. Kenneth O. Anaeme, MD, FAAP, FCCWS, FACPE
My name is Dr. Kenneth O. Anaeme and I am a double Board Certified Internist with a specialty in Wound Care. I am currently a physician in the acute care and long term care settings. I work with my associate, Daniel Knight Nurse Practioner and together we provide care to patients at several facilities including the Kindred and Select Specialty hospitals and Trillium of Mesa. I would like to take this opportunity to enlighten the community with what exactly the LTAC setting is.
LTAC is the acronym for Long Term Acute Care which, contrary to popular belief, is the continued medical care for acute and medically complex disease processes. Many in the general population associate the term LTAC as being equivalent to convalescent care. On the contrary, LTAC is continued medical care at a still acute level but complex enough to warrant a longer length of stay at a hospital setting.
